Tuesday Sessions: 19:00 – 20:15
This is our BIG training night, with sometimes up to 100 Crusaders taking part.
It’s fully open to all abilities. We cater for everyone and every pace, from people who run 7 mins per mile or quicker, to those who run steadier than 10 mins per mile.
We have over a dozen qualified run leaders with sessions varying from week to week, with speedwork, hill work, and tempo runs all available to choose from.
Thursday Sessions: 19:00 – 20:00
This is our weekly open training sessions, aimed at the more seasoned runner.
Thursday night runs are more social, with groups tending to be large & communal. We run 2-3 different pace groups with most of the sessions being ‘out and back’ runs. You’ll need to be able to run continuously for an hour to join us, though we always loop back at regular intervals to ensure that nobody is ever left behind.
You will normally be able to find out details of the route in advance in our member-only Facebook Group.
